Within the framework of the project "National Convention on the EU in Georgia" on May 5, 2022, the second meeting of experts working on youth policy was held in the Youth Agency

The Levan Mikeladze Foundation, in cooperation with the Research Center of the Slovak Foreign Policy Association (SFPA), is implementing the project “National Convention of the European Union in Georgia”. The project is funded by SlovakAid and Friedrich Ebert Foundation.

In the framework of the project, on May 5th, the second meeting of the youth policy working group was held in the Youth Agency. Field experts, representatives of the Youth Agency, and non-governmental organizations attended the meeting.

At the meeting, local and Slovak experts on youth policy presented policy papers. The Georgian expert, Marina Zhvania discussed Development Quality Assurance of Youth Work in Georgia. The Slovak expert, Ivana Ulicna discussed two topics: 1. Recognition and Validation of the Skills Acquired Through Youth work; 2. Digital Platforms for Youth Work Management.

After the presentations, the participants engaged in a discussion. The entire meeting was moderated by Ms.Irina Pruidze, partner at Egeria Solutions. During the meeting, the Deputy Head of the Youth Agency, Mr. Vakhtang Baakishvili, delivered a speech to the participants.
