On February 17th, 2017, at hotel “Radisson Blue Iveria”, the Levan Mikeladze Foundation organized the Plenary session of the project "National Convention on the EU in Georgia". Among the speakers of the session were Mr. Viktor Dolidze – State Minister on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, H.E. Rudolf Michalka – Ambassador of the Republic of Slovakia to Georgia, Mr. Alexander Duleba – Director of SFPA, Ms. Ekaterina Baramidze – Program Development Director of LMF, Mr. Giorgi Muchaidze - Executive Director, Atlantic Council of Georgia, Mr. Mikheil Skhiereli - Country Program Manager, Good Governance Fund, Policy and Management Consulting Group LLC, Mr. Levan Dadiani - Agriculture and Food Security Policy Program Manager at Oxfam Georgia and Ms. Natalia Shatirishvili – Lead Researcher, WEG.
The session was moderated by Mr. Archil Gegeshidze – Executive Director of LMF.
The event gathered eminent speakers and scholars, who represent the Government, the civil society and the diplomatic corps. The meeting intended to provide a platform to discuss the progress of the implementation of EU-Georgia Association Agreement in the field of Strategic Communication, DCFTA, Agriculture, Regional Development, Energy and Environment and the related policy documents drafted in the framework of the project. The participants had the opportunity to engage in the discussion, pose questions and exchange the information.
